Receivers of Twinza Oil have won a Federal Court injunction against a company linked to long-time backer and alternate director Bill Clough.
The state's largest data centre will be built in Maddington, after a development assessment panel today approved the $415 million project, subject to several conditions.
The Metro Outer Development Assessment Panel unanimously approved CDC Data Centre's application for a 200-megawatt campus on a 7.6-hectare parcel of land at 582 Bickley Road, Maddington.
The campus will include four warehouse buildings for data storage, the largest of which will have 19,694 square metres of floor area, while the smallest will total 9,429sqm.
