Judge Hears Arguments on Motions Seeking Disqualification of Lindsey Halligan in Comey, James Prosecutions

U.S. District Senior Judge Cameron McGowan Currie said she personally reviewed the grand jury transcripts and confirmed that Acting U.S. Lindsey Halligan presented both cases to a grand jury by herself to secure indictments charging ex-FBI Director James Comey with lying to Congress and New York Attorney General Letitia James with mortgage fraud. Currie promised an order on the notion by the Thanksgiving holiday.
