Changes at World Traffic Mailer and Atlas

Upgraded members at World Traffic
Mailer and Atlas Safelist now get

Commissions have been increased to
50% on sales for all upgraded members
at World Traffic Mailer and Atlas Safelist.

Free members will continue at 30%.

Some upgraded members have already had
sales at the new 50% rate!
