You cannot purchase these yourself. Must be pif’d.

4 x 1 company forced.
Members can purchase these for themselves. If you
purchase a $5. starter position, you can jump over all
those waiting to cycle the $1. feeder.
3. $20. matrix. Click on Our $20. matrix link.
2 x 1 company forced. Cycle level 1, get a position
in level 2 and $20.
Level 2 of $20. matrix – 4 x 1 company forced.
Cycle level 2, get $80.

link and read the details.
